Meditation to Deepen Your Stillness Practice and Achieve Greater Union with Your Indwelling Spirit Teleconference Calls

This call is facilitated by Henry Zeringue on Mondays to help you learn to meditate. While he conducts the meditation in silence, all are invited to participate as he holds the space for you to achieve deeper union with your Spirit Source and help still the mind of mental chatter.
Background information to help you understand why meditation and stillness is important:
The practice of stilling the mind involves focusing on centering point, such as breathing. The ability to stay focused on a particular visual image clears the mind of unnecessary thought and chatter; the breathing slows. This allows the nervous system to relax and adds more space within your mind to receive higher information. As you gain experience in this sort of focus, you can bring the wandering mind back to your focus/visualization to have inner clarity and receive guidance from your Inner Divine Source.
One example of a starting focus: On the in-breath, imagine the ocean wave going up on the beach. When it reaches its highest point, you will have taken the complete in-breath to your center within. On the out-breath, the water falls back, rushing into the ocean. When your in-breath reaches its zenith within, the water is changed into Divine Love. On the exhale the love goes forth and radiates outwardly. As this visualization continues you can focus the love energy wherever you sense your mind is being guided, expanding your ability to be divinely healed and inspired.
As you practice this, Source guidance is given from within to assist your focus. You perceive specific information personal to you to grow in spiritual enlightenment. Initially, this involves many things, but will gradually help you open to information relevant to your well-being including self-healing and transformation.
