BUILDING PROJECT VISION
The Institute of Christ Consciousness is a physical location of a spiritual oasis offering healing and learning opportunities for individuals. It is a place to develop one’s inner divine resources, to cultivate individual creative and spiritual potential, which can then be shared with the world in devoted service to the divine ideals of Truth, Beauty and Goodness.
Mission of the Project
At our facility, we prepare people to return to the outside world to share and participate in the growing global consciousness movement toward collective Christ Consciousness—the fulfillment of the human intellectual, spiritual, creative and moral potential. The creation of a center for healing and higher consciousness development provides venues for creative, artistic, service and spiritual self-expression as a means for individual growth and community building.
We teach spiritually enlightened principles to develop appropriate life skills that support the collective movement toward a heavenly planetary culture. Our mission collaborates and affiliates with organizations and individuals who share like goals and objectives. Together we build community networks of spiritual social and economic viability to foster the greater social transformation of the world.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To fulfill its Vision and Mission Statements, the ICC seeks seed funding of $50,000 over the course of one to three years to begin the building project. This funding request is the initial component to reach Phase One to develop a property and expand its scope of operations to collaborate with others who are developing spiritual community. The project develops in stages, which are outlined in this section highlighting three areas of expansion: physical center development; healing and transformational services, and community development and outreach.
Phase One: PHYSICAL CENTER DEVELOPMENT
This phase begins once procurement of funding has been obtained to purchase property. Once the property has been located and the appropriate amount of funding procured, the building process begins. The property will contain several buildings to be used for housing permanent residents who manage the project, temporary residents who come as teachers or for people seeking healing or education. There will also be buildings for a carpentry workshop and art studio, meditation, and exercise. An organic vegetable, herbal and flower garden will be developed, and the property will provide its own utilities of electricity and water.
Completion date of the infrastructure estimated at 2-3 years depending upon secured funding.
Phase Two: PROVIDING HEALING AND TRANSFORMATIONAL SERVICES
This phase brings the center into operation. Healing and transformational services provide a place for people to stay on the property and receive various offerings. They will also learn new life skills to improve their lives upon return to their homes. Other healers of other modalities will be invited to support the offered healing services, as well as provide exercise and meditation guidance to ensure good habits upon return to their homes.
Offerings at the center include:
· Individual personal and group healing sessions, meditation and prayer groups
· Provide training for healers and for people to contact their personal celestial teachers
· Offer workshops on various topics related to spiritual development and social sustainability
· Learn skills of gardening, carpentry, and other artistic expressions depending upon interests
· An opportunity to contribute to the center’s ongoing maintenance through volunteer work
We anticipate to offer these services once the major facility is completed and ongoing donations for the completion of the project is secured, between years 3-5 of initial inception of seed funding.
Phase Three: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & OUTREACH
· Develop affiliation relationships with other spiritual communities and/or organizations for economic development such as bartering or sales of goods and services
· Develop creative design teams to focus on key areas of social transformation such as Family Life, Restorative Justice, Peace Education, Economic Development and Governance.
· Work with other community organizations to promote the offerings of the center
The center becomes a hub or model for a self-maintaining and socially sustaining community via the above three aspects and becomes a beacon of light to attract others who are committed to spiritual development and social transformation.
Within five years of full operation, it is projected that center is an income producing venue with sales and/or barter with other communities of its produce, art and furniture. This would serve as a template for other projects interested in developing self-sustaining and sufficient communities.
